ChartInsight is invite-only and sold via demo. Every extracted fact is grounded to the exact source page it came from, so reviewers can verify, edit, and export without leaving the app. Records of any size are supported, including sets exceeding 70,000 pages, using intelligent OCR that reads scanned, digital, photocopied, and handwritten pages and deduplicates repeated progress notes.
