A plain-language summary of the record: the injury, the course of treatment, and where things stand now, written from the file and cited to source, so the case reads in minutes before you dig into the detail.
Treatment chronology, ready to cite
Dates, providers, diagnoses, procedures, and findings in order across the full file. Sort chronologically or group by provider to isolate one provider’s thread, with every entry linked to its source page.
Causation, organized
What the incident caused and what pre-dated it, laid out in sequence. Each entry is anchored to its page so the causation link is defensible whether you’re proving it or challenging it.
Pre-existing conditions & prior injuries
The single most contested area. Prior diagnoses and injuries are flagged separately from the current claim, cited to source: plaintiff distinguishes them, defense surfaces them for apportionment.
Medication history
